Housing Stabilization Services are provided to individuals who require support to live and function in the community. All Minnesotans with housing needs can benefit from this program as it offers solutions to keep themselves from the risks of homelessness and institutionalization. Individuals receiving the benefits of this person-centered program are assessed and assisted according to their individual plans. Enrolled individuals receive sustaining services such as consultation, transition, and housing sustaining from eligible providers.
